Software closed because of error Season 14 glitch

Hello All,

I have been experiencing problems since the latest update where the software randomly crashes while in a match. This of course has led me to multiple suspension’s now at two hours each time. Please help with either resolving the glitch or temporarily removing suspensions. This is while on Nintendo Switch, various game modes.

Unfortunately gaming consoles have very limited troubleshooting capabilities. Aside from reinstalling the game or resetting the console, there isn’t much else you can do. If you have performed those steps, I recommend reporting this issue in Bug Report for the developers. Please be aware that they may not personally respond to your post, and no one, not even the developers, reverses penalties incurred from leaving games.
