During a match on oasis, I was playing illari and wanted to swap to moira while I waited for the next map section to load after my team lost the point. When I swapped during the point display, I found myself stuck in the spawn of the previous map section while everyone else was teleported. To see the bug, here is the map code: 96G73E. Spectate the illari at 8:55-9:30 to see the main issue. As a result of this, I got penalized for “staying in spawn” even though I was clearly softlocked by the game’s bug. Anyone else has this issue?
