Now that everybody started hating on the Genji buffs, Blizzard must have heard about them! Anyhow i have heard rumor about a nerf coming soon… so it is true? Tell me more about it!

I mean it usually takes a while to get a new patch so… i don’t know. If the OWL complains about it, they will change it. Genji on console is a pain in the butt, it is even worst than on PC

Yes Genji will soon get the Brig treatment, everyone whining for nerfs then will get nerfed then everyone whining that the hero is useless now.
Symm woyld have been already nerfed by now if she was as good as Genji is now.
Genji will probably stay overtuned for another 3-4 months if no miracle occurs.

Favoritism in this game is pretty obvious.
I don’t think we will see any major changes to Genji, or Ana, or Rein, or anything to put the game in a less cancerous state.

No, it will most likely not come. Genji is a fan faovrite and there will be a widespread disapproval in the ow community if this does happen.

I seriously doubt it, the last time genji was nerfed was an indirect nerf - the global ult nerf. Before this, im pretty sure it was like 2 or 3 years ago, which was the blade time nerf.
he got multiple of his animation cancels removed
he got ledge dash removed
he got triple jump removed
he got his blade duration nerfed 25%
he got his deflect hitbox nerfed 30%
Just take it thid way: By the time Genji has been viable up to now, Symm has already been nerfed.
She was buffed and finally became decent after 4 years and got nerfed back to uselessness immediately, meanwhile Genji gets overtuned and there is not even a single change hinted/announced towards him.
And there will never be any, he will just remain overbuffed for a while.

The reason why their saying this is bc blizz’s balancing is 90% fan service. Genji nerfs, df nerfs, mei nerfs to name a few. Since symm is mostly a trash pick currently but everyone (including the ppl that blizz listens to - genji mains) dislike her, so there will be no buffs to symm. On the other hand, genji and hitscan mains and otps get to roll around in their fresh batch of buffs or soon to be buffs.

If you wanna talk about fatal dumpster nerfs, there are plenty of heroes that got a way more severe treatment than poor Genji.
Best example: Mercy
She went from a powerful main healer to a little pocket bot.
That is what I call real nerfing, Genji could never come close.

mercy was stronger than genji ever was or ever will be, so she got nerfed more severely.
The nerfs genji got, alongside the introduction of brig, moira, and sigma, he was dumpstered
While i dont know much about the state of symm, i believe u. Since, ur all for the no favoritism movement (u may disagree with me on this), how about a hitscan nerf for the first time in, well i have no idea if they were ever nerfed (when i say hitscan, i mean mccree widow and ashe).
