Seriously, the amount of complaining I see that Moira takes no skill, why have we not seen a massive uplifting of supports to high ranks?
Why is the top of the leaderboards almost always DPS?
Why oh Moira moaners are YOU not in higher ranks?

This argument has little value now since roles have separate SRs.
A DPS player would benefit very little from getting to GM on Support as Moira. Their DPS rank would still be wherever it was.

Lets be honest, they are not getting to GM as support.
Most of the people complaining about her are saying that the matchups are unfair, which means they are well below plat (where the matchups are, yes, unfair)
But they wouldn’t be able to climb out as Moira anyway.

Because the Moira ( or any other Hero ) Complainers are just salty and love to complain on the Forum whit false facts instead of getting better or they play different Version of OW where Moira is really the strongest and most broken Hero in the Game
In reality u cant climb easy to GM whit any Hero. U can one-trick to GM whitany Hero this is right but it still needs Skill and alot of time also u need to be very lucky whit ur Teammates
Most of the Complainers who say that Hero X is so OP and Broken u can easy climb to GM whit her are the same Person who are like " OMG this Hero killed me damn it so broken and OP and takes no Skill any1 can play get to GM whit this Hero " but then if they try to play the Hero they get destroyed and just land into Bronze or Silver

Pretty much, the funny part is, while a hero is meta, it means all the mains are now playing on that hero, and you have to beat them, so, paradoxically, it is the worst time to try to pick them up.
They are like babes in the woods, not only crippled by lack of play time, they are BADLY crippled by their own attitudes - after all, what do they need to learn if they think the hero is skillless?
It is why it is always a train wreck.

I agree Moira is way more difficult to play than people are used to tell, but still getting killed by a Moira feels cheap af.

Moira has zero team utility, that’s why she’s nearly non-existent in the higher ranks. Also, her ult is f-tier compared to the other supports.
She only shines when the mid-fight devolves into a mindless brawl where she can throw heal orbs, spray, and intermittently rclick at will. The second an ult comes out, or a teammate gets focused down, she can’t do much outside of save herself.

Not saying Moira is OP but abusing any OP hero just to get to a higher rank isn’t for everyone. Like season 10 Brig or whatever. It’s not fun to play in a rank you don’t belong if all you can do is 1 trick a boring hero or else you’re throwing.

Um, what? Moira had a higher pick rate than any other support right now. She shines in this meta because of her ult. What version of OW are you playing?

Oh, it DOES feel cheap. That I totally agree with.
Except there is nothing wrong with Moira and “abusing her” works in lower ranks. everything works lower.
Her ult was F-tier and she only offered healing and damage (risky higher up) and therefore she was never a good pick higher up. Compared to other supports, she could only successfully offer healing.
Well, there is no way to verify this, but I think that if you take an average Moira player and an average Ana player of similar mechanics and game sense, the one playing Ana would be gold and the Moira would at least be plat.
Again, what version of OW are you playing? Higher up you see Moira/Lucio more often than any other support right now.
her ult was “f-tier”. the keyword is was. She saw little to no play before because she offered little to nothing compared to the other supports. before.
