So when exactly is the bug fix for Mei's Cryo-Freeze? I know you said "Soon" but this was 3 months ago

Mei’s Cryo-Freeze has a bug that allows Roadhog to pull Mei out of it.

This was posted 3 months ago.
The bug is still being encountered in the game.

Why is it not favor-the-defender like all the other defensive (and evasive) abilities in the game?
