I’m unsure why the eyes are still open, maybe blizzard forgot to make them closed or they just didn’t matter to them? because mei looks really disturbing

Anaesthesia does 3 things.

Paralyzes you, puts you to sleep, and takes all the pain away.

Change the formula, and it might just as well just paralyze you, but you still feel pain and you are awake.

There have been real life incidents where people got wrong doses and either could see the operation they were undergoing, without the ability to move, speak, anything, and, I remember reading about an extreme example where a woman could feel the pain of a few hour long operation, all because the anesthesia was done wrong.

the dart knocks enemies unconscious though, but not to the point of numbness, maybe.

I have no idea what she use there but if it can put to sleep omnics and differend people to sleep for the same amount of time then its must be something realy advanced :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s a lot of stuff in just a little dart, a dart she uses to put herself to sleep (you can see the dart gun next to her bed in Necropolis).
