I am gonna say it’s between 3 channel ults.
Deadeye, Death Blossom, and Rocket Barrage.
They are all pretty dang similar with disadvantages. So what do you think is the worst?
Deadeye: slow movement, insanely obvious, slow charge up into 1 shot, hard to land due to blocks, cc, hiding, etc., cancellable
Death blossom: slow movement (but probably the fastest out of these 3), low DPS (lower than Reaper’s primary fire) but it’s in every direction, putting himself always close range in danger of every CC, (and tbh this thing physically cannot kill some tanks unlike the other 2)
Barrage: No movement, super high damage in one direction, the only one of these 3 that trades higher safety at long range range for low damage, where the other 2 are ‘any range practically’ and ‘point blank’, but no self healing or cancelling she’s fragile
Those are my arguments for why they’re similar in how bad they are.

I think it’s either Death Blossom or Dead Eye, but Barrage is still pretty sucky.

Easily Barrage.
The Damage is practically RNG and pharah is a free shot for almost anyone
Stop saying Dead Eye. It’s been buffed ALOT. On top of fast damage ramp up, unlimited distance, free weapon reload and it can be used as a Zoning Ult.

Dead Eye no debate. at least the others kit allow for flank attacks and surprise with their mobility, dead eye is a suicide button which needs to be replaced asap in OW2 with something else.
Barrage isn’t that bad either, if they gave her april change from last year where she can move it can become okayish to impactful

Probably Configuration: Tank
Slow cast time, slow fire rate and it’s very easy to avoid and block the damage. To top it off, you can’t move while the ult ends as well.
Tac Visor and Meteor Strike also suck.

Tac Visor can be very good paired with a Nano or Amp Matrix though

You’re correct on all 3. Pharah has the mobility to make big plays with rocket barrage and Reaper has lifesteal making death blossom decent. Worst’s gotta be Dead Eye, biggest reason McCree’s win rate is negative.

Honestly though… you’re right. Configuration: Tank is weirdly clunky and struggles to secure kills in a lot of situations. It’s good for the occasional rocket jump play I guess, but it can only do so much.
I’m really glad that it’s getting replaced (with Artillery Strike). It’s a shame to see Tank go, but if it means Bastion being consistently decent, so be it.

people saying deadeye seem to understand its weaknesses but dont know its strengths, like dumping on stall tanks quite easily.
barrage is out of range for tanks to deal with, which is what makes it so annoying.
as well as having a ressurect on hand and damage boost during the ult reducing the ttk.
Dragonstrike probably (Not by far actually changed my mind)
I’m gonna say it - the classic “bad” dps ults tend to be way underrated and overexaggerated because people don’t know how to use them.
Yes if you stand out in the open in front of the entire not-distracted enemy team and try to use high noon or barrage or visor you’re going to have a bad time.
These ults are valuable and powerful if you use them with discipline though - and that’s the problem. People think ults are bad when they’re not press Q to win.
I don’t think any ult in this game is bad, tbh. They’re all powerful.

Basically, it’s Pulse Bomb. Meteor Strike scores fewer eliminations per game but it at least has a secondary use as a mobility/escape tool - Pulse Bomb doesn’t even have that.
And that’s fine. Tracer’s crazy-strong base kit more than makes up for her weak Ultimate.

Configuration tank: Long startup, leaving bastion vulnerable during transformation and limited kill power. You can kill at most 1 or 2 enemies before either transforming back or dying.
Infra-sight: Is disabled if widow is killed (seriously why) and it just grants vision. That’s all. I know it’s useful for prediction but it’s still just vision
(also agree on barrage)

Personally I’d say Meteor Strike. It’s pretty telling how this ult is mostly used as an escape tool 50% of the time.

Hell, Barrage can still get kills, Meteor Strike can’t.
Most of the time, Meteor Strike is used as a get the hell out of here card, cause it is such a bad tool to deal damage with.

Meteor Strike. It used to be okayish because while it rarely kills, it at least did guaranteed damage that you could follow up on for a kill or two. But now, there’s almost always a Cass, Hog and Ana waiting to instakill you the moment you land.
