I mean let’s be honest, everyone and their grandma thinks the next hero will be Echo. Some think it could be Mauga, and I’ll admit that there are threads of evidence for that too (Blizzard actually already confirmed Mauga will be a hero because they explained that they last-minute swapped Sigma into his place… Sigma was originally going to be Mauga), but the evidence really culminates at Echo, who will probably be a Support hero (if I were good at making threads I’d compile this evidence here, but it’s all over the forums and I encourage doing your own research).
Okay, so then what? Do you think we’ll also get our new map that this september lacked compared to previous septembers? Do you think we’ll get a multiple-hero release, maybe Echo AND Mauga? Do you think we’ll get something out of the blue, a new mode, or something like workshop?

What evidence says it will be Echo? I’m honestly just curious.

What evidence exactly? if you’re talking about the fact that we had a tank and can’t have another tank its worth reminding that Brig and Moira came one after the other.
I don’t think next hero is echo. Would be too obvious.
Not really, a lot of heros were predictable like doomfist and hammond

multi-hero release, maybe. The “Overwatch 2” thingy, whatever that actually is. Obviously that’s a code name.

I think the fact that they didn’t save the ‘Overwatch for Switch’ reveal for BlizzCon, and that they had nothing to reveal last year, speaks a lot as to the gravity of the content they’ll have in store for BlizzCon 2019.

I’m really curious to see how safe they play it at blizz con this year. If you think about it following blizz con there whole last year has been a flop. Current wow is struggling, Hots is on life support, Diablo basically got the finger from company, overwatch is still in free fall and stock wise the company is struggling. They are building new arenas for OWL but who’s to say that was agreed on before all these problems?
This has to have been the roughest year since I can remember. Sure each game has had some rough patches but this is almost label wide issues.
