If i missed the shop sale on it but still want the skin… am i out of luck forever? is there a set rotation for the skins or do i just need to wait until i get lucky to be able to get it?

Well, it’s not been confirmed yet as I don’t think any of the new skins have been in the shop more than once. But it’s very probable that it will just show up in the shop again at some point
Dang, they put in the overpriced skins and dont even let us buy them when we want to, thats just goofy
