no we need more speed, but also its obvious they are doing it to test rule set changes to see what they should keep

Interesting changes. I only play comp really, so this won’t affect me, but this could honestly be a good change if they tweak it for quickplay. Definitely makes quick play feel more like quickplay
yeah but becareful, odds are they are doing it to test the waters to speed up the game overall because its might be perceived to be too slow.
i 100% doubt this was done spontaneously for fun

The flashpoint one kind of seems like it. 40% faster progress when it already ticks fast means you get like one good team fight per point.

With the QP backfill bug now you don’t need to wait 6 minutes to leave the game. This is a win for me.

The whole issue with 5v5 was that fights are too short let lone having any time for straitening.
When ppl said the matches takes too long they didn’t meant this. Some modes just need shorter duration, not faster gameplay.
It is not a bug. The game doesn’t have enough players.

I doubt this will ever be an addition to comp. I bet they use it as a template to see what they can do to make quickplay faster. Comp will probably stay the same

id like to think that, but they have talked about making big changes to things before and this would be a good way to test things.
im not saying this specifically will make it in, but the next one might. you never really know
75% faster respawn though. That sounds like a couple of team fights to me.
