No. We’re ready to buff Genji, but not shuriken damage, because shuriken damage breaks him at any degree. That’s simply the thing we don’t want and if that’s ever going to happen, his dash reset is going to be gone

I dont oppose Reaper buffs but its complicated. Reaper can become super oppressive to tanks if he gets too strong and becomes meta.

Reaper becomes an unstoppable monster pretty easily at lower ranks when he’s overtuned. Gotta be careful with him. He’s good right now as long as he’s properly supported but definitely not as independent as he used to be.

All Reaper needs is 35% life steal (up from 30) and he would be ok.
