I really like it, actually! The large braid looks cool

I like flashy things…

I honestly wish Blizzard isn’t going to listen to any of this nonsense. I think she looks really hot and badass. You’re still going to have her old classic skin and all the other skins that you own. I don’t understand why people make such a big deal out of it. Think of it as a new legendary skin and that’s it. You either like it or you don’t. It’s not meant for everybody.

?? What are you on? It’s very distinctly different and an overall redesign/overhaul

These aren’t supposed to make the heroes look entirely different, it’s just supposed to be an updated look.

They changed cosmetics before so… I hope they do listen to feedback as they have in the past lol

Are you really that bothered by the transparent V on her chest?

I don’t get the complaints tbh

Widow is a femme fatale cyberpunk baddie. It’s ok if armor is more decorative than functional. This is in the future and it’s for fun.

Like…Mercy does’nt need a halo…it’s there for aesthetics. Widow has armored parts on her breasts, collar, upper ribs, and hipps. It looks cool. Who cares :woman_shrugging:

Ikr? These people are really going nuts over the necessity of realism in a futuristic fantasy game like Overwatch that has talking gorillas and hamsters in it lmao. And she’s the only femme fatale hero type in the game who is deliberately meant to look sexy. Transparent fabric on her chest with armor pieces?? They gotta complain! As if they don’t already have like 10+ of her alternative skins or something.

It seems to be either a big hit or a bit miss for people.

Personally, I love it and think it’s a huge improvement from her classic skin as that honestly looked very cheap and ugly to me.

Her new skin keeps the whole boss b*tch assassin energy that comes off her but really makes it a lot more appropriate and suitable, despite the nipple covers, and improves it.

And honestly, I was living for the nipple covers, it’s a statement.

Only complaint, I wish they went with the heels from the first concept of her new skin.

I never said they were supposed to look different. I’m just saying the redesign they did for Widow looks underwhelming. I mean hell go look at rein mercy and soldier’s redesigns and see what I mean.

I don’t see what you mean at all. Her hair is entirely different. Her gun is entirely different. Her outfit is entirely different. :woman_shrugging: Looks more different to me than Rein’s, his looks different only because of the face and hair showing.

I’m saying the redesign doesn’t feel much has changed. Am I saying I hate it? No. Ow2 supposed to be a year after the recall takes place I believe. Which makes sense that the heroes appearances change.

With Widow it doesn’t feel like much has changed. I personally would’ve wished to see more changed to the rest of her appearance like her hair. Her hair could potentially symbolize she’s regaining some of her more human qualifications and emotions back (just a theory don’t take my word for it)

Hey, it looks like a Noire, a skin I greatly want to own, so I’ll take it.

I don’t agree with what you said about the hair but I agree that her emotional/human awakening needs to be explored more in OW 2.
