Yeah, no one wanted this. This won’t stop private servers from popping up. You either deliver an authentic classic experience, or people will do it for you, illegally.

They announced Overwatch Classic like it was going to be actually Overwatch Classic, in a similar fashion to WoW Classic, the actual game, not a half 
ed arcade mode.
I am still curious to see how much authentic the experience will be but being just an arcade mode already sets it for a long terms fail.

It had a premiere video on YouTube, when the heck does that happen? They made a new OW1 Tracer render for the damn thing. Why did so much effort go into this for it to be what it is? An underwhelming lie

Never have been and there never will be any private servers for Overwatch.
Sorry to say but that’s impossible to do, as that would require far more resources than any one private person have access to, unless they’re Elon Musk.
Im downloading the game now, but did they hopefully revert the projectile size/hitbox?

What’s the difference between an arcade mode with all the old characters, old numbers, old abilities and old format vs its own client with all the old characters, old numbers, old abilities and old format?
Do you just hate the UI that much? Maybe it’s the maps, I can see that. But that’s not all that important to me, especially since I believe the changes made to them over time were positive overall.
See, now we’re getting down to the important questions.
