can’t understand how this matchmaking works. but for 30 games straight i have literally 0 chance of winning. watched replays of almost every game i see at least 2 or 3 players (diamond) on my team playing like silver/gold. bad positioning, rushing in alone, staggering, flanking alone, 1HP still going in because “we got a pick” and then blames healers for not healing them.
Also Pharah OTP who dies to double hitscan before the fight even starts and never switches. DPS Moira OTP, etc etc…

That does not sound like diamond level performance… Diamond players have a much higher level of survivability than gold or plat players.
Just because someone has a Diamond insignia doesn’t make them diamond. I could go buy a boosted account or have my GM friends boost me for free if I wanted…

i can underperform and i see it. i know when i’m underperforming. but literally EVERY FIGHTS of my 30 games there is a thrower/leaver.

Honestly, every season, this season is probably gonna be the same 
I’ll climb to 27-2800 for DPS and then I’ll fall ALL THE WAY back down to like 2450 and then climb back to 26xx right as the season ends.
I’m so hard stuck I legitimately feel boosted. I wrestle with that a lot…

Just keep trying to improve, breaking into diamond (and staying there) is definitely possible.
Or just try to be comfortable where you’re at, there’s nothing wrong with being any particular rank so long as you’re not flipping out about it. Hell, id much rather play with a bunch of relaxed silvers than high strung GMs.
Its a game. The only way you can go wrong is if you’re not having a good time

literally just lost 400 SR with those 30 games where i got DPS Moira OTP, Hog OTP (paired with winston or Sigma OTP), almost every game

I couldn’t even tell you why I want to be diamond other than it represents a relative mastery of the game when compared to the overall player base.
Being diamond does nothing outside of Overwatch so it’s funny to be so consumed with rank
