So how do you pronounce "Emre" anyway?

Eh-m-ree?
Eh-m-reh?
Eh-m-er?
Eh-m-ray?

I say Em-eh-ray but I think it’d be pronounced as Emm-er-ee? Maybe?

That’s how

I personally say it like “Ehm-reh” but It feels wrong so I’d go with “Ehm-ree” next.

I’d imagine it has a pronunciation like how “Noire” is different than how it looks. It’s not an American name after all.

I had looked it up since it’s a common Turkish name used meaning friend. It’s pronounced Em-reh

I assumed like Ehm’r

Like if you remember emeral from the emeral live cooking show, the first bit of his name.

Cool. Thanks! I didn’t want to sound like an idiot when screaming about how OP he’d be. Now I can curse his name correctly.

I’ve been saying “M-ree” which means I will always pronounce it as such regardless of how its actually pronounced

Good 20 character question

Am Mc Reeeeeeeeeeeee

It’s pronounced M-reh.

4 years. Now that’s an S tier necro if I’ve ever seen one.

I have no idea what this thread is about. I think that’s the sign of a top tier Necro.

Is it still a necro if you’re providing important information or context to something?

Before anyone profile-stalks me: yes, I am german.

That being said, this is a comedic mind game on how I would answer op’s question from an american point of view:

You pronounce it " fo·ruh·nuh ".
