If this is not a bug, the modified voices of Genji or Ana should also be heard by everyone.

No. They can be heard only by the player that plays the hero. It’s only client side.

When I have Ana in my games with that skin equipped. I can hear her robotic voice.
I can’t recall Genji 'cause I don’t really see him often, tbh.

I have absolutely heard the mecha-impostor Ana skin lines several times, specially since its lines that are extremely off character for the real Ana.

I think it’s only a problem with Genji.
OW sounds are so weird so I wouldnt be surprised if they were. Its only recently I could hear Widow’s heels so. yeah.
Guys, different quotes are one thing. Having the modified voice for every quote it’s a totally different thing. For now, only Hanzo has the modifier on his voice lines that can be heard by everyone.

I feel like I’ve heard just about every mythic (that has a changed voice) say things.
Ana do be glitching. And I don’t even have that skin, so I am 100% sure when I hear it. It stands out.
You are both right.
If someone has the Wargod-7000 skin equipped, it should give a robotic voice changer to ana for everyone in the lobby.
However there are definitely some exception caused by some bugs.
Just today It happened twice in mystery heroes, that my teammate was an Ana and the whole match-starting banter dialogue was not voicechanged despite that he has the Wargod skin equipped.
Some experience this bug more than others.

I can’t except for the “Beware the eye of Ho-o-o-rus!” one. And its so bad that i hear Ana without a robotic voice talking about how she wants Null Sector to invade the world.
Well they already said that Hanzo lacked customization because his mythic skin was heavy on the vfx

Yea. Because VFX stands for Audio Effects.
They say the lines, but you don’t hear the voice change, you just hear the unique lines.

Nah, it’s the same as any other unique sound effects like Pink Mercy or Cupid Hanzo
Only unique sound effect that goes through I believe is Hanzo’s wolf ult

No. Every single Hanzo line has the voice modifier effect applied to it, that can be heard by everyone.
An interesting difference and the only case of that happening, but voicelines going through was always the case is what I was talking about really
