Another collaboration for rein - rammatra nerf. Mythic for widow - sombra gets deleted? what a lucky coincidence. Even if new sombra will be good somehow she doesn’t counter widow anymore.

That’s the corruption you get when you gotta sell content vs trying to make a competitive game.
It isn’t an overt in your face type intentional design. But they learned from the Life Weaver launch.
You want to move merch in a season the hero can’t be trash.
That’s the reality when greed is put into the mix for the whale market.
It’s a finite state because a market this greedy can’t sustain itself long term.

Hmm in Ana’s case it would cancel out since she is a blatant favourite and receives 10 cosmetics per season as well
sombra got nerfed against widow, but buffed against other matchups so it still works actually

which proves that we all need devs accounts where we can adjust our own characters power levels for balanced satisfaction. considering we all know are own personal balance requirements. i know it sounds crazy but so is 50 seasons of nerfs.
Her damage got ultra buffed, maybe the biggest buff to a hero’s lethality we’ve ever seen in one patch. I fully expect her to be nerfed by mid season.

In what way? Sombra is even more lethal in 1v1’s now… You just don’t get to mindlessly wander the map for free with perma invis anymore.
it doesnt matter if youre better in 1 vs 1 if you cant get to your target. And you also need to hack before you start fighting (cos 20% dmg buff only works for hacked targets). Imagine getting to widow and hacking her in 5 seconds on maps like havana or iilios. And devs didnt even buff sombra’s HP while gutting her mobility.

I am afraid this is a major skill issue. Every other flanker can engage her just fine without the need for permanent invis.
I seem to be getting doom in almost every single match … I thought he had been buffed. Thankfully I was wrong.
Lol. Maybe because other flankers have better kit? like tracer have 3 blinks with separated cd and recall, genji have great vertical mobility with no cd, dash and deflect. Sombra now have 1 button to go in and out, 225 hp instead of 250 on genji and 0 defence abilities. Alo i said nothing about infinite invis. Just that 5 seconds is not enought. Every other flanker have ways to disengage immediatly without 2-7 seconds cd or have ways of staying alive for some time. But sure. Skill issue
