I mean what??? why? like I literally havent done anything wrong on my account besides trying to get plat on every role. I am not a meta slave on tank. I am not gonna go sigma with orisa and I am not going orisa thats for sure. and since I cant go sigma on his own thanks to his shield nerfs I go rein. and I have a pretty decent winrate on him. One game I lost i was with a 5 stack they said they would report me for feedin even doe I didnt. I got the warning right after they said that. How is that fair? and why are people like this. Idc if I pick orisa I will instantly climb to masters. she is boring and I wanna have fun and a challenge so I pick rein or sigma when I feel like it. as long as I am not throwing and doing a decent job WHY DO YOU CARE?
EDIT: I will provide a replay as soon as I get on my account and play again can someone tell can we save a replay on the computer we are on. I dont really use replays alot and when I do its to just what I did when i play so yeah.
that still mind boggles me. Reinhardt the hero who is relativelly a decent pick if the enemy doesnt run like doomfist or mei. is somehow a throw pick now?? like I am scared to que on tank now.
Same here, I have been playing Mercy even she was considered a throw pick and people cried for me to pick Ana, never have I ever received any kind of warning.
Same with my go to DPS options being Mei and Sym.
like you know if I picked winston or picked roadhog to a reinhardt I could see me getting a warning but never in a thousand years wouldve I thought rein would be a trigger source for people
like i know that I gotten reported many times for playing reaper in havanna against double snipers (still made him work and popped off those games but yet I get flamed) but never did I get a warning screen. I have been playing this game for close to 1k hours now and I dont think i have seen it in person before
I once asked the GM who answered my appeal ticket the same question. Do you know what he told me?
“It doesn’t matter what hero you play or what you do. As long as there are enough players who find it inappropriate, it means that you’re doing something wrong.”
it happened regardless of who you played because a lot of people reported you. The system has no way of telling why they reported you, it just takes action based on the amount of reports. It’s a flawed system and has lead people to get banned in the past.
No kidding. I’ve basically OTed Sombra since release, and never got so much as a warning. The fact that Rein is garnering enough hate to get warned…in gold at that, is madness. I’m thrilled with basically any main tank, just so our supports can breath a bit.
Maybe PC players are way more report happy then Xbox?
I think both of those two are stronger than Reinhardt, most over estimated hero in the game imo. Not that that justifies how this community or its enforcers handle reporting.
If people at Blizz are reading this: a lot of players don’t take your rules system seriously, its pretty bad.

like winston rn is in a worse spot than rein i feel like but I also feel the opposite sometimes
if someone plays roadhog when I have rein I get triggered (i dont report them doe) so i could see if some people report the hog players. but like why reinhardt???
The things I’ve seen as responses from GMs to me are actually out of this reality. That’s one of the chill responses I’ve gotten. The most recent interaction was a GM who told me to “go get a life and see some sun, nerd”, in a polite way of course. To be fair, the conversation was extremely heated and I was furious about the false reports but, I dunno, I still view it as unprofessional.
