what is the new version of 6v6 coming out? is it the 1-3-2 test or something? i dont really want to try something weird like that so ill probably just be playing 5v5

Nah, that would be what a lame company would do. I prefer the magic of being surprised. Besides, they are still too busy being afraid of Mahvel to make any confident announcements yet. Give them time.

yea i have no clue as well, there was some pre-download content on my browser so something is happening tomorrow lol… probably not a big deal tho
wish we had a 2025 roadmap but yea i always have hopium for this game 
6v6 is a certified trash fire they had to remove from quick play tab. Say goodbye.

And yes plenty of people announce these things on social media. But again, I was joking with Thicc Mr. Blizzard police and don’t expect a real answer.
i do, they are supposed to funny, which should induce the sound of laughter from one person or more.

Yes, I’m pretty sure the min 1, max 3 is the next 6v6 experiment. They’ve mentioned it a few times now.
“Later on, we’ll try a new experiment with 6v6 that will play similar to a Quick Play Hacked we tried last season, where up to three heroes of a single role can be on a team, but there has to be at least one hero in each role. The goal with this rule set is to allow greater freedom of hero choice while still ensuring that each team has a semi-balanced roster. If we were to ever make 6v6 a permanent part of the game, this version would eliminate the queue time issues that we had in the past. This Max 3, Min 1 ruleset will come later this season and could have some balance tweaks based off of the current 6v6 mode. We hope to see some competitive and intense action in both of these experiments.”

the next 6v6 playtest is swapping to a 6v6 open queue format with a max hero role limit where you can only have 2 heroes in 1 role, and then that role cant be picked by the other 4 players unless one of the tanks swap.

mass layoffs are definitely announced. dont need to hear it from the employees when blizzard will tell you directly
back to nothing, if there is no 6vs6 role queue 2-2-2 i dont want anything, 5vs5 can go to hell, only reason i have played these last months was thanks to ow classic and then 6vs6, but real 6vs6 not this stupid experiment they will never implement in game, we all know it

itll be min 1 max 3 of the roles. unfortunately theres a 99.9% chance theyll continue to force the 5v5 balance changes into the 6v6 mode, like role passives and the large global fall-off nerfs that were meant to make hitscan less dominant due to losing 1 tank/shield per team. really killed my excitement that they forced these things into the last 6v6 test. makes no sense for these 5v5 balance changes to be in 6v6

so there can be 3 tanks, 3 dps or 3 supports but a min of 1 has to be per role. still it would be strange kind of on the pick screen… better pick fast lol
