No. There would still be better targets around, targets that are available right now, and yet Ana is not super broken.

she will be ably to 2 shoot people across the map
she have no damage drop combine with her already high damage anna will become a dps hero
she deals the same damage mccree deals but she cant headshot and she dont have a damage drop
and with her ability to self nano and deal 105 damage per shoot across the map why would you ever play her as a support ?
It doesn’t make sense for Ana to nano herself as a damage dealer in a team fight because then she has to stop healing her team, and any dps or tank would do just as well with the power up.
I could see it being used as an effective way for Ana to give herself more sustain under attack while primarily healing her team though. She’s usually the first target of flankers.
