Satire aside, I’ve had this very thing happen many times and I’m happy for the Rein to get the glory. That’s kind of the point of Mercy and any good support. You’re supposed to elevate others to kick butt and quietly smile at the end of the match knowing who the real hero was.

I am always thankful for Grav. Whenever I see a grav used in PotG I let the zarya know (if they haven’t left yet) that it was a good grav. I also really appreciate it when a Zarya uses Grav and I can set up an amp matrix in front of it for people to shoot through.

I blocked a shatter and my dps popped off after they had no ult to counter them. POTG was the dps but I knew I made it possible. Just be happy you saved the game.
