So this would be against TOA wouldn’t it. Since it is automating gameplay. Right?
‘with’ and ‘without’ both look like the same spam to me. The part at the end just looks like someone strafing very slow.
The thing is, with how fast the character is moving in the first two, the hitboxes are barely going to move. You can just aim in between where the head is and it’ll probably be a headshot most of the time.
When did I say it wasn’t
Is not good in OW because it’s incredibly predictable. Try doing that to me and I’ll just hold my crosshair still and allow you to land my shots for me.
This guy said it too
When you said:
Kiriko and Lifeweaver being two that get a huge advantage out of it
Which directly implies that this is an advantage that you get by using snap tap and that a human cannot easily replicate that result.
too many people playing OW have never played an fps with movement acceleration, I guess
My friend was testing it and I showed him how easily even a mid aim dps player (me) can shoot them lol
now they are banning people for having synapse installed apparently feels rough losing my 3k + hour account due to having synapse auto install <3
This is the thing I just don’t get. WHY FINISH THE GAME? Because Blizzard force you to do it.
This is abuse.
If they can’t control cheating then they MUST let you leave.
Snap tap isn’t really all that beneficial in overwatch so I doubt it will ever be considered cheating. You don’t really counter strafe so much in this game and there is instant acceleration. The benefits of it would be very small. I have no idea of mine is even off or on at the moment, I wouldn’t imagine it has much effect on overwatch.
You can do pretty much the same “ad ad spam” without snap tap as well.
Its more a qol thing imo, in OW at least. It may be a lot more beneficial in fighting games, or CS. Maybe.
In ow you generally don’t even want to be rapidly ad ad spamming, it’ll just look silly but your own hitbox will end up being almost static.
Strafe to the best of a song? You monster… that’s genius and I will be stealing that.
I don’t need cheap hardware to replicate what 10 years of competitive Halo taught me by default.
That’s for plebs
I used an AHK way before Wooting came along xD
And I’m currently using a GK75 HE, and not a single time had a warning about it
Movement in Overwatch is instant for good reasons. Let the babies at Valorant and CSGO cry for strafing in between seasons, and calling verticality to standing on top of a crate xD
Can anyone show me the snap tapping?
It sounds like what I do, and I’m just bored and know not to sit still lol
And when you’re staring at a sniper or whatver you know shouldn’t just stand there. So you move a bit?
I dunno, I wanna see the new thing on the rise.
I did a comparsion earlier on what you can do with snaptap and without:
https://streamable.com/32tf1d
I mean its usually this small fast jittery adad spam that people “complain” about but its benefits are quite small, since you are effectively in place. It just looks stupid
with snaptap it’s maybe simpler to do but thats about it.
For the wider ad-ad movement, which you usually want to do, snap tap brings no benefit.
Ah, I see. With the compariosn, I’d say it’s quieter, so that’s a thing I guess. I heard less footsteps.
But I’m also crouching or jumping if I’m in a situation where I’m moving like that. Don’t be predicable.
Yeah if you do that small ad spam it may throw off some people but higher rank players will just shoot in the middle and land shots. If ow had pixel perfect hitboxes or so the benefit could be there, but not with the large ones we have.
Yeah, that used to work before hitbox changes were a thing. I skill checked so many Widow’s who failed the crouch check. Not as easy to do now a days.
You knew what you were doing…
