Smurfs taking spots in groups

Really unfair when you have smurfs who are supposedly “better” take role of people who are actually in that elo who tries to get in. Not fair that we have to get kicked because of a smurf. just ruins the game.

Smurf: “my main is GM”

or sometimes you see someone who is like GM on DPS and throws down in another role to gold. They basically say, " look at my profile trust me." then the other person who of course won’t have good as stats since they’re not GM and actually in the right elo, gets kicked.

you mean in lfg? people will group with who they want to group with, blizzard can’t control that in any way

This is my opinion and isn’t backed up by any fact,

I avoid the LFG tool like the plague. Being in a 6 stack greatly increases your chance of meeting another 6 stack. Seems good except many exceptionally well coordinated scrim teams queue as 6. As well as, as you mentioned, smurfs. Hackers are also not unlikely to carry their friends too.

I’ve never had a good experience using LFG.

High plat/low dia peak and i dont think I was ever complaining about smurfs either :slight_smile:

climbed from low plat to diamond on all 3 roles using LFG - i don’t have the best mechanics in the world but if i can give instructions my team using VC then you can easily win plat games with good co-ordination

I’m with Winnable on this one. I’ve almost never had a positive experience with LFG.

Are you kidding? In 6 stacks is more smurfs then in lfg :smiley:

I dont get your point. He is already trying to join the group. It doesnt matter if he join 6 stack or create 6 stack on his own.

then he is saying that in 6 stacks (like a group of friends all on friends lists) has more smurfs than if you use LFG to find one.
