What if Blizzard released a Smurf Only Mode for Quickplay and Comp? What if Blizzard used their hidden stats on their backend to detect smurf accounts and once detected only allow that account to play in the Smurf Quickplay and Comp Modes?

Just a thought, don’t know if its a good idea or not as I am not a game developer. More like wishful thinking on my part as I don’t believe Blizzard will ever address the smurf problem in Overwatch.

This free weekend I saw a lot of smurfs and it made me think about it again. Anyone had similar thoughts? Would this even be possible?

Imagine thinking Blizzard would do extra work.

They are well aware that most new accounts are smurfs and regular players will have extremely long q times if they are only matched with other smurfs.
