I absolutely love the minor balance changes such as 25 hp rather than 50 hp changes.
This types of changes are amazing as they slowly increase the power of a perceived underbalanced hero without making it a huge meta shift.
Changing a hero’s healing output by 20% I don’t like. I see this as too drastic and would love to see basically every change halved (then done more if required). I often like to ‘main’ a few heros. Instantly swinging the meta makes some heros must picks and some where your team will rage at you for picking. This can feel really bad if you’ve mastered a hero and they suddenly become a pick your team will not let you have.
In short I love the move to 25 hp style changes to avoid huge meta shifts and rather minor balance updates to make things fair.
