I don’t know about other heroes, but i do know that symmetras hydra skin simply does not exist in ow2.
I’m not saying it’s locked for me, what i am saying is that the developers never ported the skin over… and according to how credits work now and when the skin was available. it’s a $30 usd skin…
Now I’ve had a support ticket open for more then 24 hours pointing this out with no reply…
I suggest going thru your accounts and comparing them to archives and find out which skins were not ported over to ow2.
It’s $90 usd worth of skins that do not exist in ow2. all part of the anniversary remix vol2 collection.

each at the time of release were 3000 credits which is valued at $30 usd.
these are not skins that have now become locked due to migrating over to ow2.
these are skins that have been removed from ow2.

Same but for the Dark Wolf Hanzo skin. It was even equipped on me before the shut down.
it’s not lost, they just never bothered to port it over into ow2… again $30 usd skin poof like it never existed in the first place.
I wrote a ticket about that the second day when i managed to enter the game, but 2 days passed and they just archived it without answering. They are 3 skins of the last 2 events they did and we bought for 3k credits each, they can’t just remove them… Btw it’s missing also the victory pose “medal” of bastion, go check urself.
They are aware skins are missing and working on it. you’ve not lost anything.
Yeah, I’m betting this wasn’t intentional. Closing support tickets without resolving them is garbage, but they definitely didn’t remove these skins on purpose.
When Rock Band 4 launched on XB1/PS4, you kept all your DLC content from the first three games, but it took them a while to actually get everything working. This is similar.
Intentional or not does not change the fact these skins together are valued at $90 usd, and them not existing while having spend the 3000 credits per skin should not go unnoticed.
so far the pr team and the devs have only talked about the skins that do exist in the game and that are locked due to account mergers. they have not mentioned these skins which were not ported over from ow1.

I don’t think you understand that I’m just pointing out that this has gone unnoticed.
and that $90 usd worth of content owned on peoples accounts are now missing.
You can say they will fix it as much as you want, however it should still be brought to people’s attention that they may have overlooked on their accounts that $90 usd worth of skins are non existent.

You’re not the only one. I own Hydra Symmetra, and its just not there in OW2. $30 was essentially stolen from me.
But it hasn’t gone unnoticed. You and I have both noticed this. But it sounds like what you are looking for is some sort of public acknowledgment or announcement of it? That’d be nice I guess, but if that’s what all this is about then you’re really making mountains out of molehills.
I really like the Hydra skin, I’ll be really glad when it’s back because I think it’s her best one. But I’m not going to throw a fit about it. There may be a loose monetary value of $30 for it now, but to me it’s just one of hundreds of legendary skins I unboxed in OW1. Just a cosmetic piece of content in a video game, which happens to be missing for the moment.
On the other hand, if these skins are deleted from the game and there’s no intention for it to return, and they aren’t going to announce it, I WILL be pissed off. But I seriously doubt it.

Friend it has gone unnoticed… their has been no mention of these skins in the forums…
their has been posts about the skins that were owned and then were locked upon account merging.
their has not been posts about these skins which did not even get ported over to ow2.
these are not the same issue.
it is factual that these skins together are valued at $90 usd.

We need to make a total list of any and all skins that have not ported over so we can spam… i mean tell the dev team to fix it, I ain’t paying for shizz twice

I’m sure they will add these back once they realize the error.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was some attempt to get the game under a certain size for the release
they go through and remove a load of stuff which not many people had equipped
then they patch it back in later
