I can not purchase any skins in the game. I do not even have a store option in my main menu. I purchased the points to buy skins through the launcher. The point DO show up in my game. It says I have the points to purchase skins. However when I go to unlock skins EVERY single skin in the game does not give me the “unlock” option. The option to unlock is always grayed out for every skin in the game. Cmon like what did I just waste my money for??? Is there a solution??? I have uninstalled my launcher and game and reinstalled to no avail.

I’m also having this issue. Wondering if it has to do with being in account merge queue for Xbox Live account still, as it DOES mention some things will be unavailable. But nonetheless, would like to be able to get the Clockwork Zen skin…Need access to store and skin unlocks.
This has been going on in my game since launch. I had the store appear ONCE and I quickly purchased the battle pass. Since that time, I haven’t had a store and I can’t purchase skins for any character with my Legacy Tokens.
Same over here, for the shop and the battle pass. I thought it was becaise I’m from Belgium and the lootboxes had been removed years ago.
