I had a bunch of skins on my account which have now been removed, what is going on? How do I get these back, off the top of my head I know my Reaper valentines day skin has been removed.

Unless you bought them from the shop when they released, those skins weren’t permanent.
It was one of the game pass perks: You can temporarily use shop skins from the past 3 seasons, they’re gone now as the rotation has changed.
The only skins you keep were the original 6 advertised: Cardboard Reinhardt, Turtleship DVA, Cyberdragon Hanzo, Street Runner Genji, Bee Mercy, and Cleric Lifeweaver.
