Multiple of my skins have disappeared from my inventory even though I’ve been playing consistently. I owned Mercy’s “wyvern” and “formal wear” skins and they disappeared from my inventory completely. the same goes with Kiriko’s “Sakura” skin. Nowhere to be found. Super frustrated as I paid for these and now I can’t even use them. Tried restarting my game, closing out, all of the above.
I also encountered this yesterday! I had the Xbox Game Pass and was able to purchase skins with it. While I don’t have that pass anymore, some skins still stuck with me (like Genji’s Street Runner skin). Many others, like Kiriko’s Hashimoto skin, did not.
if you got them through game pass, they get took off you 3 seasons after their release/last time they were available. the cosmetics and skins you get is only from the past 3 seasons and do not carry over. hope this helped
