Multiple Skins were given by the Microsoft Game Pass event. I signed in on the dates listed with Game Pass, however some the skins (Dark Faun Lucio, Fiend Orisa, an Ana skin, Roadhog Lifeguard, Pharah Lifeguard, Venture Ice Cream Bundle, Kiriko Lifeguard and Hashimoto skins, and also some emotes like the Fox cuddle emote) have vanished from my account. I then was given a few more skins including newer shop skins and the magma bundle somehow, I didn’t buy those yet they were in my account. Yet today none of those skins are anywhere to be found. I sill have some of the permanent skins like Cardboard Reinhardt, but those others are gone
If anyone knows why, please let me know. And if a dev could explain and fix this, that would be appreciated.
