I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue. Ever since the Xbox live merge happened, every time I launch the game certain skins I got through the merge (including the 6 given for free) will be unequipped from the hero. I know this is a minor thing but it’s really annoying to get into a game and realize my character doesn’t have a skin on, but by then it’s too late to change it so I have to use default. Is there some way to fix this issue or is it just me? Someone please help

I’ve also been having this problem. Specifically with Kiriko, it unequips the skin as well as emote given with the game pass and replaces it with the heroic emote instead. Occasionally the other skins given through the game pass will unequip as well.
