Bring back limited edition skins like Pink Mercy or the all stars skins so that new players have a chance to get them. Also stop listening and caring about what the “pros” have to say about the game. The community is always being ignored

the official answer already exists.
they already do this with vaults and OWL shop. even if as with the in-game gallery shop, Blizzard likes to have fun playing how, when and at what prices old and new content returns. 
I’m guessing MM Mei is out of the question as well?
