Skin won't unlock

So I have been participating in the overwatch anniversary event (week 2) to get the bird of paradise skin for echo, however, the counter went up to 9/9 but will not unlock it. I tried waiting a day and nothing. I tried doing a couple extra games, but still nothing. I also have photo proof of it is needed.

Edit: The problem seems to have been fixed somehow. :slight_smile:

Lucky you, cause i’m in THAT boat right now since 4days now, with pic to prove it but ZERO fixes and the week 2 is ending in 2hours…soooo yeah, i don’t think of doing week 3…
