I purchased a skin for bastion, but it wouldn’t let me equipped it. So I backed out the game and went back in. However it says that I don’t own it, yet it still took my credits. I even checked in with order details, and the order status says it’s completed.

Same thing just happened to me. Purchased Sombra two faced skin with overwatch credit and it said I purchased it but couldn’t select it. Restarted game now it says I don’t own it but took the credit

This also just happened to me I brought Shin-ryeong Dva skin with my credits and its not showing as purchased and my credits are gone!

same is happening to me, and it shows up in my transaction history and it says completed… love shop bugs, hopefully this is fixed soon and we get either our coins back or the skins.

Happened to me too, tried purchasing a highlight intro and it took my credits away and wouldn’t let me equip it, as well as a voice line.

I bought the overwatch logo weapon charm to put on my Rein and other overwatch members. I was surprised that 7 dollars just up and disappeared but man it could be worse.
