I play Overwatch on the XBOX. After the patch, I have lost the Valkyre for Mercy. I’ve entered a support ticket (67683116). I got a reply stating that I should look in the Add-on sections for the game. I did that but there is nothing there to download. The skin was obtained through a loot crate, not an individual purchase. I was instructed to post to these forums to obtain help getting the skin returned. Please help. Thank you.
*edit - I’ve reviewed my inventory and I am missing 7 skins in total. How can I get these restored? I’ve also posted at I just lost 10 skins - #17 by LazyTitan-1135892
