Your “skill-based” match making is placing master teams against drunk kindengarders. Seriously people are losing without a chance what skill are you basing your match making on?

It isn’t a skill based matchmaker. It is an engagement based matchmaker.

More obvious this season than any other. Every win is easy and every loss feels impossible. If I get to the next rank my team mates turn into potatoes who can’t even manage to navigate the map without getting stuck on walls or falling of the edge. I’ll lose about as many matches in a row as I won and then it starts over.
I think they’ve given up completely on fixing the matchmaking now. Maybe there’s enough people who spend money in the shop who don’t care, so it’s not worth the effort.
The matchmaker works as intended. You get games that keep you playing and keep people spending money. If you buy skins, they reward you by pairing you with newer players or players with fewer skins so you advertise them and they make more money.
