Potatoad the parent company of Blizzard has a higher GDP than your country and more money and assets than your entire country and all the people who make it up.

They had hearings on Steroids’ in Baseball and have already had hearing on the video game industry. The gambling industry is highly regulated. IT is what they do. IF they don’t do it no one can or would.

IT is a priority. this is where AI meets the American people. This is why MS bought these companies.

I’ve gotten over 40 kills with Moira, 30 with Lucio. Monday night I saw an enemy Lucio with 42 kills
I’ve seen DPS and tanks with over 50 kills
All in comp.

So, where is this data coming from?

im not talking about rarities. or extended overtime.
im talking about the newly capped artificial common average. that should be obvious unless your new to ow, as, 30 elims, per match, use to be the common average minimum for supports. this 60-30 elims was supports performance outlook. present day 10-20 only accelerates the exodus.

im not talking about rarities or over time idiot.
link me to a dozen OVER 40 elim matches. crickets expected.

im the one who can predict whether you’ll win or lose. so relax.

What is the difference between an ā€œengaging gameā€ and a ā€œfair gameā€?

What if people actually prefer the ā€œengaging gameā€ rather than the ā€œfair gameā€?

It’s not like there are monetary prizes being offered where ā€œfairnessā€ is relevant. Seems like fun is and should be the priority. Maybe engaging is simply a proxy for fun? Maybe a larger player base is fostered by the ā€œengaging gameā€ and the larger player pool better enables a ā€œfair game.ā€

As with all conspiracy theories, causality is dramatically simplified, outcomes are aggressively characterized, and the explanation of the motive for the behavior is someone’s need to twirl their moustache while chuckling with evil mirth. Too many movies…

Really upped the rudeness for no reason pal. Asked for your data.

This isn’t an answer.

I’m not, but when did this cap get put into place?

What if they prefer the engaging game as long as they think its fair and when they find out it fake and they have been lied to they never want to do business or buy a product from that company again?

That is the crux of the NDA

congress can compel people to speak and release them from their NDA me thinks. ME thinks these NDA are not even legal to begin with anyway.

i don’t do rudeness. i do indignation. you thought submitting extended overtime outcomes and rarities was valid. thus, indignation duly earned. your refusal to link me to dozen of such matches further confirms validity of indignation as it proves that you know you submitted rarities.

which is why you never seem to surface when i start predicting winners and losers live in real time. fascinating dynamic.

not new? then you KNOW all that i say is true. AS DOCUMENTED, TRACKED, CONFIRMED, BY ENDLESS TIMESTAMPED YT OW GAMEPLAY WHICH ILLUSTRATES THE ARTIFICIAL DECLINE IN ELIMS AND DAMAGE PER 10. WHICH IS ONLY POSSIBLE IN A RIGGED ENVIRONMENT DUE TO ARTIFICIAL CEILING ON ELIMS AND DAMAGE. WHICH IS HOW THEY FACILITATE THE ARTIFICIAL AUTOMATED 50% WINRATE THAT DIDN’T EXIST BEFORE 2019’S RIGGING RAMPAGE WHICH BACKFIRED INTO AN ENDLESS EXODUS. INSTA WINS. AUTO LOSSES. OW IS A 50GB HAMSTER WHEEL.

System and method for driving microtransactions in multiplayer video games

in summation a system for exposing players to other players with microtransaction purchased items more often and in a positive light so that they may be more likely to purchase those items.

Generally this system makes infinitely more sense in a power purchasing environment VS a cosmetic only environment (though briefly OW was power purchasing when heroes could be unlocked with cash early) as it strives to put players with others who will demonstrate the microtransaction purchase in a positive light (being used well) so it will make them consider buying it so as to be more like the better player.

A LOT of the examples and cases given refer to creating games where the player is put with people to increase the SATISFACTION of the player.

Primarily has to do with matchmaking, not adjusting numbers on the fly for in game values or creating ā€œengagementā€.

I’m familiar with NDAs. I draft and review them regularly. Your characterization is uninformed and incorrect.

congressional hearings are appropriate and past due.
imagine all the players who waited 5-10 plus minutes on a predetermined artificial onesided outcome. in which informed consent of such rig racket was not disclosed at or before purchase.

any proof of that ever happening?

crickets expected

…that’s not better, or a good reason to justify the way you treat another person.

Me not knowing of this ā€œcapped artificial common averageā€ thing does not ā€œearnā€ your indignation. Who set the rules for this conversation to make what I ā€œsubmittedā€ invalid?

My refusal? Pretty sure I asked for your data first.

Whoa, maybe get off that wheel. Or at least caps
