Genuine question. I had all cosmetics unlocked for D.Va for… all of Overwatch 1’s life, minus a few of the OWL team skins–which I know don’t count towards the hero’s unlocks unless you buy them.
That said, recently I’ve noticed I’m 177/178.
The only thing that’s immediately apparent are sprays, but out of everything with the unowned filter on, only the season 30 comp sprays are even tangentially related to D.Va–I’m fairly certain that those don’t count.
Player icons have historically never counted towards a hero’s unlocks, either. However, I’m missing one for D.Va: the silhouette icon, which as far as I know are currently unobtainable(?). Can anyone who has all unlocks for a hero corroborate if it’s the icon, or if I’m somehow missing the spray? I guess the way to confirm would be if someone has all unlocks still. I literally have… No idea what else it would be unless some random miscellaneous spray is flagged as D.Va-specific.
Idk what that missing cosmetic is.
I imagined it’s one of the souvenirs somehow… by mistake.
Edit: someone on reddit made the point it could be player icons as you have said. One had to count all cosmetics in that case… and idk which sprays count.

Yeah, I guess it would depend on if there’s anyone out there who has their collection maxed. if no one does, it’s gotta be the silhouette.
So I have everything Dva related possible.
I am also having the same missing one item and no it’s not season 30 anything.
Definitely seems to be the silhouette icon.
Very annoying as I need absolutely everything checked off on Dva lol

Same for me except for Ana. The weird part about the Silhouette icons being the missing item is that icons have never been part of the item totals. Even during season 1 when Mercy had an icon in the Battlepass, it did not count toward her gallery item totals. So it’d be so bizarre if those specific icons suddenly did count.

I used to just be missing her gold weapon, since I’ve hardly touched comp. Now I’m missing two things
It’s definitely that new batch of silhouettes. Icons count now as owned items.
I would like to know when those new silhouettes will become active in game, as ATM it’s just annoying having incomplete sets for some of my characters.
Yeah, noticed it day 1 of OW2 with my Moira, own everything you can on her, old owl skins, all of the current ones yada yada, but there was always that one missing cosmetic
My best bet was always the icon too but idk…
Talking about the icons, I love that they updated Brigs to have her strands and removed the crown but why is Hammond still in his OW1 design??
Wanted to add, I’ve had this issue as well for both Ana and Brigette , and it’s quite annoying.
Do we even know how to get the new icons yet? I swear to God if they’re in the Shop I’m gonna lose it.
