They did that to make her assassin better. Lowered her body temperature or whatever

That seems like an odd definition of delusion.
Makes me think of the “one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter” line. Perspective matters, and while some things might be pretty darn close to “objectively” evil, I’m not sure you could say Moira and Doomfist fit into that category.
I dunno, I want a villain who knows something is wrong and he does it, not because of a moral belief, but because he likes doing it.

That’s why Junkrat and Roadhog are hilarious. Or at least Junkrat, we don’t know the brilliance of Roadhog just yet.
He kinda just likes blowing stuff up, but because he’s portrayed in such a light way, I’m not counting it.
Remember these guys have gone on a murder spree across the world?
Murder spree is such a dark name for a mass robbery. I’d prefer the term “looting escapade.”
