I just heard the most sweetest voice lines from Sombra and Sigma. She seems to be really sweet around him. Cool that she’s actually got a friend she cares about. Fleshes out her character a whole lot more. And to hear his adoration of her as well is refreshing. They both have so many sad and almost desolate voice lines, I was starting to feel like they had been afterthoughts in the world building area. It makes me like their characters a lot more.

She’s very respectful of her elders, she has a new voiceline with Ana too about having a vacation.

Sombra isn’t actually evil. She is probably the most neutral character in the lore.
She has friendly interactions with many of the heroes and villains and finds what talon is doing to sigma to be deplorable, must protec crazy grandpa.

I think she has a line on heroes of the storm about getting free pizza for everyone. (Hacked some large corporation or something)
She genuinely is trying to look after Siebren, and it’s wonderful.
She’s also looking after baptiste, warning him about mauga hunting him down in past voicelines.

Yeah, just like genji, hanzo, tracer and ana.
I don’t remember if any others are in there. Dva might be in there because she had a “play x amount of HOTS matches to unlock the police skin for her”.
Original oni/demon genji skin used to be only available through a HOTS challenge like that too.
Tracer, genji and dva have a hots trailer for ther release too with them fighting a large demon character from anotjer game, wrecking hanamura castle while they’re at it.
Hanzo has a cinematic trailer with a dragon lady for HOTS as well.

Y’know, i’ve not heard many voicelines between Bap and Sombra. I’ll have to look them up.
I think some of the old ones have been removed, but should have at least 2 different interactions

Yeah, she’s not exactly evil but she’s always trying to see how far she can push.
She’s nice to some characters and I think she’s kind of into Baptiste Considering she kept track of him when he left Talon and looked out for him.
And he calls her sweetheart in one interaction.

I hate Sombra as a playable hero, but she’s a little sweetheart as a character.
Sombra is your incurable prankster. She loves getting into trouble but she’s well meaning.
Even her story is her just trying to figure out who the “one behind it all” is.
They both got great cinematic shorts! Well, I guess Sombra’s is more cinematic and Sigma’s is short haha😅 but I thought, especially in Sig’s case, that their back stories were awesome and gave them a lot of depth.
That’s what I like about her character; she is initially portrayed to be on Talon’s side, but you slowly realize that she’s not. She’s really only in it for her interests and benefits, but she doesn’t leave her humanity behind. She puts up a facade to maintain appearances so people aren’t suspicious, but she does care about the people share cares about like Sigma, Cass, Baptiste, etc. She likes to tease, but isn’t malicious.
Zarya is in there too, with basically her OW kit lol

One interesting thing about Sombra: she seems to only be mean to folks that she has beef with in one way or another. Like with Tracer. As this person said:
Even to characters like Reinhardt who’s literally the opposite to her in every way. You’d think there’d be more friction (Rein: You’re a coward! Sombra: You’re loud and stupid!), but there isn’t.
I love this interaction, too. Probably one of my favorites in the game
Sombra seems to be chaotic but also genuinely really nice. The way she talks to Sigma is so genuinely sweet and caring. 
And then her lines in the Busan karaoke room really showcase both her chaoticness AND kindness, but in a different way (I forget exactly, but she talks about buying everyone pizza and paying their rent or something)
