Should Tanks move 8%-10% slower on a map then DPS or Support since most DPS and Support are 2-3 times lower then of any Tank with HP to make a match more fair?
Different tanks have different speeds.
The balance of power can be in different ways.
For example highly mobile tanks are usually either less lethal or less resilient, or at less that’s how they should be.
I’ll take slower moving tanks if tanks can resist displacement a bit more. I’m getting kidnapped by Orisas or bounced around by Lucios and Junkrats so much that you’d think Rein was a flying hero.
Actually, that’s another good point for why making tanks slower wouldn’t be too bad. The mobile tanks can still move a mile an hour thanks to their abilities. Even Reinhardt, actually.

Tank role is unpopular.
A role that is already struggling to attract players shouldn’t have another negative feature to make even less people play it.
The tanks need more individuality in play style as well as fun factor to keep the player population healthy.
We need the sniper tank. I like the idea of the sniper weapon either being a really powerful cannon that can’t crit, or a cross bow that doesn’t deal extra damage on crit, but does do extra knockback.
