Even a +5% buff would be enough for WIdow to one shot Zarya and Orisa, and for Mei to one shot 200HP heroes.

I think the OWL games over the past 2 days have actually highlighted the KEY flaw with Mercy’s current design.
Teams aren’t picking Mercy because of Resurrect or Valkyrie, they’re picking her because of damage boost.
Damage boost is an inherently bad mechanic because of the interactions it has with a lot of burst heroes; specifically, altering damage breakpoints.
Damage boost will never be buffed.
Ashe is already broken. We don’t need more damage in the game. We need less healing.
Mercy already feels like a broken accessory, can we not keep reducing a character to an object that another character wears.
What should Blizzard do is change Mercy’s Cute spray achievement. It’s impossible to get that many of Res because the cooldown is so damn long. Plus it risks the whole fight to always get Res, sometimes it’s better to stay behind and heal instead of Res and lose fight.
Yeah i noticed that because of Pharah, Pharah alone was really weak but with Dmg boost? she was like a god

Maybe broken is an exaggeration but definitely OP given her comp stats. Nothing some dynamite and BOB nerfs wouldn’t fix.
huge logic, considering the game is about relying on each other and picking the perfect teamcomp and countering the enemies teamcomp
Dynamite´s fire can easily be healed and B.O.B is one of the easiest ult to counter
The only personal gripes I have with Ashe is that Dynamite does a whopping 175 damage, and that she can charge BOB while BOB is active.
Those are issues I have with her, and don’t really reflect the balance of the hero as a whole, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
While this is a team-based game, would you want the ability of your hero to do work to be reliant on your team-mate being able to perform well enough?
Plus nobody guarantees said hero [In this case, Mercy] will always be there, meaning that it solves none of the balance issues of the hero in question.
I wouldn’t want that simply because that makes those heroes dependent on Mercy, even tying their viability to her. Hard nope. Much rather see their issues be fixed, the issues the community has been describing for months.
We already saw the effects of such a decision, remember the raid? One of the tags I believe were #AsheIsNotABuffToMercy or something like that.
The stats are the stats. Subjective terms like “easy” don’t matter. She will be nerfed.
