So, yeah, very specific but I wished it was possible a few minutes ago. I was setting my mined-traps and an enemy fell into it while I was dead. Would have been nice to kaboom the f… the poor fella but alas, Jamison Fox can only blow up things while alive…
I say no, more than enough to trap someone in his trap so they can be punished by his team.
No, but it would be hilarious. But no.
Not if Pharah can’t get kills from the grave (her rockets disappear mid-air if she dies)
I mean Sigma’s ult finishes whether he is asleep or dead, so I don’t see why not
would be handy, but no it would make no sense for him to be the only hero to preform actions while dead.
Edit: Inb4 “Well akshually he already can with his tire” tire is for the sake of argument gameplay wise it’s own hero.
Unless they’d go off instantly as he dies I don’t really feel that would be fair
Allowing Junkrat to detonate mines while he’s dead would be way too OP. If a player is able to kill Junkrat before he’s about to detonate his mine, then the payoff should be that they successfully prevented the detonation and saved themselves or a teammate. Otherwise, they would have to worry about killing Junkrat AND the mine in order to be safe, which is a hassle. Besides, Junk already has the circle of grenades that spawn on him after he dies. Anything in addition to that would be overkill.
As a junkrat main, I wouldn’t like it.
If you’re sloppy as a junkrat, you should get punished for that. A detonation while dead is pretty much a freebie kill, and in the same time it feels completely off.
I can get what you’re saying but the solution is… just play safer, and accept that sometimes your setup won’t work.
It sucks, but that’s what’s fair.
It will be a lot complicated to implement because you’re using your spectator keys while you’re dead.
Sometimes I put trap+mine in enemy spawn door and then I die, enemy get trapped after but I can’t kill him.
Only if he giggles for a last time while doing so.
But seriously I do not think this is a good idea because as Galaxy has said by killing the enemy Junkrat, you already made sure that this mine does not explode. Junkrat already has his little mayhem bombs, his steel trap and his riptire and I think his lmb stays after death, too.
Would be strang to mortally wound your enemy, die and the flying trap just kills him or even better with the camera view after your death denotating it.
you give me techies flashbacks with that suggestion…
Really? I’ve died to Pharah rockets that hit me after killing her plenty of times. In fact it literally happened the last time I played. I guess it takes a while after she dies.
