Trying to decide between the two. Which one is better and has more quality/value for the price?

Purely cosmetic. Decide if you like the wolf bob, or the demon bob as well as the unique ult line with warlock.
Warlock Ashe if I remember correctly has a bunch of special lines on the skin.
However I prefer little red.

Did they fix the problems with Warlock Ashe’s zoom? I remember there being a stink about how there was visual clutter on the scoped-in view.
If only little red used that axe.

Personally like the red riding hood one….if it wasn’t for her beach outfit (for um…reasons) I’d still be using it
I find the scope on warlock to be distracting even after changes. It’s a shame because I really like that skin.
The one labeled “planned changes” is the current one. The one labeled current is the old.
I think they are both the same tier in aesthetic design though.

Warlock: since the halloween patch the warlock skin has had new voicelines in theme with the skin. However, during the event the bride’s wrath is free to use and there are even more unique voicelines for free.
Little Red: Doesn’t contain any kind of specialty, but has a unique style in the silhouette of the character, and it’s lovely the detail that one of Bob’s / Wolf’s teeth was used as a bracelet for Ashe (probably she faced the big bad wolf and won) .
