Go right ahead! She’s not as good as a lot of the other healers, but once you get her movement tech down, she can put in a lot of work and is a blast to play.

I would buy Mercy’s gun, I started to main her when she was bad back in season 22
(I know she’s mediocre right now, but maybe she could get buffed in the future)
It was my first support hero’s gold weapon. Like Ol’ Reliable I still play her loads now.

Definitely, always buy golden weapons for the hero you like.
In comp I switch according to what my team needs but in unranked I play whatever I want, Mercy included. So gold weapons don’t matter in comp but by all means show them off in unranked.
Dude, I have Echo’s golden weapon simply because I love having golden arms.

i think it’s the same as in OW1 (though now you can get them through achievements each season)
go to season pass and then find your way to seasonal achievements (or what ever it’s called) it has the red currency used for gold weapons
