Hello bee, I have the same problem for several days that does not let me interact with the store nor do I get the coins. Could you help me too?
Just fully delete and reinstall Overwatch and Battle.Net and shop will work again. It’s annoying, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Don’t forget to delete all cache files in user and appdata folders too. (This means delete every folder you can find with Blizzard or Battle.Net in its name)
You still receive the coins, you just can’t see them or use them because of the bug.
I just did it, it is installing, but for now it won’t let me see the battlenet store. Now when I finish installing overwatch, I will see if the problem persists.
I posted this tip because it helped me. Shop worked fine for like a week. Bug is back, but I will just reinstall the game the next time I need to use shop again.
But when I enter my account settings I get error 403, this apart from the error in the store, I don’t know why this happens to me.
Did you fully erase Battle.Net app and then reinstalled it? I’ve had issues with Battle.Net just throwing some cryptic error at me. And it all comes out of nowhere. One day everything works fine, the next day I turn on my PC and this app or Overwatch are bugged…
I deleted everything related to battlenet, and it won’t let me see the store, the truth is that I wanted to buy a skin but they won’t let me
To add another data point, just in case. I erased Battle.Net and ran setup again and it fixed authentication issue in Overwatch. I don’t know for how long, but this seems to do the trick. Just uninstalling and reinstalling Battle.net app works in my case. I can access in-game shop and see coins on top of the screen.
I have the same problems but on Playstation… i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it didnt work… since the update a few days ago i cant view the shop, many spots in the battlepass are just blank and my currency is also not loading. But the game is playable. I was really upset bc i wanted to buy the battlepass when the problem occurred.
I Have the same issue in game, i cannot log in to shop and buy anything for any value.
Hello, I’m just writing this to remember that I still have the problem, they have introduced the new serafim skins and I won’t be able to buy them, I need them to fix the problem
While you’re here, you missed this post that has 90 other people complaining about an issue. You know, in case you missed that over the past month and a half.
its been 2 weeks of Season 12, still the shop is unavailable and cant access skins in heroes tab, already reinstalled everything.
Hi Bee, My Junker Queen Mythic skin has not been restored since it disappeared two seasons ago. Can you please fix this? I have made five posts and numerous Tickets.
ok i know this post will be deleted but when it comes to the money making side you guys ACTUALLY respond but when its other in game issues you don’t say anything?

shop used to work fine in OW1 now coins won’t load and shop graphics are missing. can still search for games…
edit update: it is fixed now, the shop images and coins load
you are all lucky, my shop in ow 2 has NEVER worked !
i’ve already ask french support many times but they never fixed it or answer me useless copy/paste FAQ.
But the problem is more complicated, i can’t see any items of the battle pass (only empty images with 3 dots blinking) and all my credits also with 3 dots.
I’ve tryed on another computer : same
create a new account : same
reinstall everything including bnet and clean register and all files/folders : same
can’t anymore install/update/run games from battle.net, must use Steam to play ow2 since few months.
i’ve totally forget to fix it but i can see i’m not alone
