Same except i had bought the Cassidy Lifeguard skin i guess i’ve got the worst luck Also cheers blizzard

same issue here, tried logging in and out and still didnt do anything aswell as restarting my game. my echo skin still isnt here
Jop i bought Ana Horus skin after the update and nothing, hate bugs man
Same issue here, brought a couple of voicelines but didnt recieve them and still got charged. Thanks Blizzard

Same here, I bought Ana skin with legacy creds. Got the skin at first but couldn’t equip it, so relaunched the game and then I didn’t have the skin anymore and my 1500 creds were gone.

Same, i purchased a baptise skin and sombra voice line and it charged me for both and i cant equip it
