My shop isn’t working and it has been so ever since the mid-season patch, i can’t buy anything whether it’s from the regular shop, the overwatch league shop or skins in a hero menu. I haven’t seen anyone else with the same issue and i just wonder if this can be solved because i have bought league tokens for the new skins and now i can’t use them.

Can you provide more data about what is exactly going wrong? A screenshot would be best. Such as can you click on the shop from the menu screen or is it grayed out? Do you get any errors? If you can click on the shop, does nothing load?
