My Overwatch shop is not loading (no way to enter the shop), my currency (white coins and golden coins) are no longer displayed and are unfortunately gone.
My hero gallery only shows my owned skins.
This problem has existed since the new Junkerqueen skin was released in the shop.
I’ve already scanned, repaired and cleared my cashe as suggested in Blizzard-Kundendienst - Den Battle.net-Cache-Ordner löschen.
I also reinstalled the game and talked to customer service about it, who send me here.
I am slowly at my wits end.

Is there any update on this? I’ve also had this issue for over a year. Just decided to try putting in a support ticket but it won’t go through :')
