So I’ve had this problem with the Overwatch 2 Shop and Diablo IV Shop, as well as some random sites like the main Blizzard site, Duolingo, etc. giving me 403 Forbidden errors for a couple weeks. I can still lurk all the forums for Blizzard games without any isues. But if I try to access in-game shops, the website shop, or log into my account on the forums it won’t let me.
Turns out since I don’t have a static IP address, it changes periodically. According to my ISP (Metronet) it’s roughly every two weeks, and my current one was flagged for a lot of spam at some point because I’m constantly getting alerts when I try to Google something about my router possibly being compromised as part of the Meris Botnet.
That said, this may not be the issue you have if it’s only OW2 doing it. But my fix for all this was keeping my VPN more frequently even though that means it shows my Battle.net account logging out at home and in from somewhere hours away because I kept forgetting to set it to automatically turn on or because my computer decides Battle.net launcher gets to load first and the VPN second. <.<
